Welcome to PlusAgency.in. By using our Restaurant POS SaaS platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
PlusAgency.in provides a cloud-based Restaurant Management System including QR Ordering, KOT, Inventory, and Billing features.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Subscription & Payments
- Free Plan: Lifetime access with basic features, including Digital Menu and limited Table Management, as specified on our pricing page.
- Business Plan: Access to core operational features such as QR Ordering, KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket), and Staff Management. Note: This plan does not include WhatsApp Integration or Table Reservations.
- Ultimate Plan: Full access to every premium feature of PlusAgency POS, including WhatsApp Notifications, Table Reservations, Customer Display, and Multi-branch support.
4. Data Ownership
Your Data: You own all the data related to your restaurant (Menu, Orders, Customers).
Backup: While we ensure high server uptime, we recommend exporting your reports periodically for your records.
5. Prohibited Use
Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the software services.
The platform must not be used for any illegal transactions or fraudulent activities.
6. WhatsApp Integration
Our platform provides WhatsApp notification features. Users must comply with WhatsApp's anti-spam policies. PlusAgency.in is not responsible for any account bans by WhatsApp due to misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
PlusAgency.in is not liable for any business loss, profit loss, or data corruption resulting from the use of our software or internet connectivity issues at the user's end.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms or modify software features to improve the service. Users will be notified of major changes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to renew their paid subscription.
10. Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Radhanpur, Gujarat, India.
